Our prime corporate vehicle of choice is the Isle of Man Exempt Company but can supply and administer corporations formed in most of the established offshore jurisdictions. Our clients are primarily fellow professionals such as accountants and lawyers as well as financial institutions based mainly in the UK and Europe. We also provide services directly to individuals and corporations subject to satisfactory due diligence procedures being carried out.  We pride ourselves on the high quality of our service. Corporate Services Providers Act Following the enactment of the Corporate Services Providers Act 2000, it is now a statutory requirement for all individuals and entities involved in the provision of "Corporate services" to be licensed. The thrust of this legislation is to ensure the highest quality of service to clients whilst at the same time affording a great level of comfort to people seeking such services on the Island. The licensing process is lengthy and detailed and Phase 1 licences were issued effective 14th December 2001. Leinster Management received its licence in Phase 1.
